To-Do – Week of Dec 28th – Jan 4th
the biggest news to report is my ongoing weight loss. I have now lost just over 17 pounds. 17 POUNDS! a couple more pounds and I will have lost 10% of my starting weight. I think that in the end I would like to end up at about 130. That seems like an attainable healthy, yet slim, yet still hopefully curvy weight.
work was pretty hectic recently and of course this freak snow storm that came into town didn’t help one bit. THen I got sick and of course didn’t want to do much. But now I have until the 5th off. I would really like to make the most of it so here is what I am going to tell myself I am going to do (and then buy myself something pretty when I complete them all)
1 – Walk to dog every day. its hard on vacation when its nasty weather out. She doesn’t want to go and neither do I, but we need it.
2 – Make my holiday cards. I want to do something special this year, so I think they will be more like New Year cards than christmas.
3 – finish christmas presents for the people I knew I wasn’t going to see right away.
4 – get my moms Habitat site in order.
5 – Get back on my gym going schedule. Having work be so busy, and then being sick and then on top of that having this snow that made it so hard to get around, it was easy to forgo the gym. But Back to work!
a. also make an appointment with a trainer. I bought a ball and some 5 pound weights and some 10 pound weights so I want to learn from them what are some things I can do at the house to start toning and getting all sleekified.
6 – haul out the garbage to the curb from the studio (don’t worry its not nasty garbage)
7- update the art website
8 – post more things on Etsy
9 – make a bag and some napkins to post on Etsy
10 – do a post for the Mixed heritage site
Then my extra credit assignments will be
1 – paint the guest bathroom
2 – there was something else and now I can’t think of what it was..
