This has been the easiest transition from one device to another. The keyboard on the other hand may take some getting used to.
I am loving the instant gratification with the calendar and contacts. Both are in google so what ever I add to my phone gets put directly into my account. I really hope the keyboard doesn’t keep bothering me.

Right now as I type this wishing that the bus driver would forget all of the upcoming stops and just drive me to my house, I imagine that my husband is eyeing the box that was delivered to our house today and wishing it was his. What’s in the box? A new toy for Ani that will take her mobile synced up life to the next level…. I hope.

The G1, the new phone from t-mobile that runs on the new Android mobile OS from Google.

Can’t wait to get home.

Right now I have moved about 90% of my very important things into the studio.  Mario is a little happy that all my precious nicknacks are migrating to the studio.  I am excited to have a space where all of my supplies have a place together and don’t interfere with the rest of life.  I don’t have to worry about not getting paint on things I shouldn’t be getting paint on.  I will be able to start working on stuff this week.

The other exciting part is that Mario is out here as well.  I love it when he gets creative.  I like to think that others find the same sort of joy exploring new ideas and experimenting with things that may not feel comfortable at first (And I mean this in an artsy sort of way)

Hulu has been working well in the studio.  I like to have noise while I work.  Hulu is a streaming media site that was put together by NBC and Fox to distrubute their content in a legal fashion.  You have to watch just a few little commercials, but they are so short compared to regular tv.  But I digress.  I am so excited.

Also if I clean up the house and then spend all my time in the studio it will seem like I am being more clean   then I will have less time to mess things up inside.

Currently I am installing Windows as a virtual machine on my linux laptop.  Hopefully I will be able to use it do work stuff for exams without having to boot fully into windows, as well as the added benefit of being able to play netflix!   And then of course we have all of our streaming radio options.  We are pretty much set media wise in this studio.  Love it!

I can’t wait to make stuff and actually be the working artist I always say I am.
